Hillandale Park Power Line Flow Trail Build

The City of Harrisonburg is awesome because they seek grant funding for rad projects like this one.  Brock Lowry from IronWood Outdoors and Dan Fudala from Harrisonburg Parks & Rec are working on a great project at Hillandale Park. The grand scheme is to reroute the South Avenue Power Line Trail into a berm flow trail, similar to the features on the pump track.
