If you are eating gluten-free just because, the health benefits all depend upon you. If you choose to replace the foods containing gluten with less processed options and a more diversified diet, the health benefits can be astounding. If you choose to simply replaced processed gluten-filled foods with processed gluten-free foods or simply ignore a crucial facet of a healthy diet, becoming gluten-free will not be as kind to your body.

Once you commit though, it can be really fun exploring all of the new foods you never knew even existed. Below I've provided some websites with some cool gluten-free recipes. I can't wait to invite my gluten-free friend over and try a few!
